  Rob is reviewing his notes*. He’s doing a show about Ferrari. The name Ferrari is actually* a family name. The company is named after Enzo Ferrari. Alex really admires* the company’s sports cars.


  Ferrari is really focused* on racing. Their racing team is very successful*. The company has some amazing engineers*. Their racing team has won more Formula 1 races than any other team!


 


Conversation A


(in the Jungle Café)


Alex:     Hey, Rob. Are you ready for your show?


Rob:     Almost. I’m just reviewing my notes*.


Alex:     What’s today’s show about?


Rob:     I’ll give you a hint: Their cars are red, fast and famous.


Alex:     Hmm . . . oh, I know! You’re talking about Ferrari.


Rob:     You’re right!


Alex:     I really admire* their sports cars.


Rob:     Me, too. Did you know Ferrari is actually* a family name?


Alex:     No, I didn’t know that.


Rob:     The man who started the company was named Enzo Ferrari.


 


Conversation B


Alex:     Ferrari makes cars, but the company is really focused* on racing.


Rob:     That’s true. Their racing team is very successful*. They have won more Formula 1 races than any other team!


Alex:     I believe it. They are also the only team that makes all of the parts for its cars.


Rob:     They must have some amazing engineers*!


Alex:     Now I want to drive a Ferrari!


Rob:     Those cars are expensive, Alex. But if you’re lucky, you might get to look at one!
